OAcademy is free to apply and you only need to pay if selected.

Subsidized Tuition Costs

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, most of the tuition costs for the Artist Diploma training are subsidized to provide honoraria for world-class faculty, mentors, and module leaders. A direct cost for Fellows is a one-off enrollment fee paid on acceptance to the program. Please check each program's costs for the most up-to-date tuition details. All enrollment fee payments are non-refundable.

In-person residencies

While these are not required to earn the Artist Diploma, fellows are offered a range of in-person residencies as part of the OAcademy experience. All core ground costs, including shared lodging, meals, and ground transportation are covered by OAcademy through a network of partnerships. Flights are covered directly by fellows as an optional expense if electing to take part. 

When the fees are due

If you are invited to participate in OAcademy, your place in the Cohort is only confirmed upon receipt of your enrollment fee or a deposit, which must be submitted within two weeks of being invited to take part.

Scholarship Fund

Applicants fulfilling specific criteria are eligible for additional scholarships covering up to 95% of tuition costs, supported through our Partner network.
