Faculty
OAcademy’s Learning Components are co-designed and led by a select group of institutions, global artists, and industry leaders.

Instrumental Studio Heads
At the heart of OAcademy’s performance instruction is the Studio Faculty; it consists of world-class musicians from orchestras, such as the Metropolitan Opera and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, that guide the learning journey for Orchestra Institute Fellows through group and individual lessons. Throughout the classes, Fellows work on technical development, target core instrumental and orchestral repertoire, receive guidance on orchestral audition preparation, and prepare towards their performances assignments within the OAcademy curriculum, including Orchestral Audition and Performance Jury.
